قبل التركيب: فحص التخزين
فحص التلف (مسامير الغطاء، ممسحة الشحم، أسطح الفلنجات). يجب أن يكون الجذع في وضع الفتح الكامل. الشحم: حقن شحم جديد وفحص حالته. فحص شهادات اختبار الضغط.
الفحص اليومي في 60 ثانية
فحص تسرب الجذع (تيار مستمر - يحتاج ضبط). وضع العجلة/المشغل. ضغط خط الشحم (انخفاض مفاجئ - تسرب أو خزان فارغ). تلف خارجي.
الفحص الأسبوعي
تشحيم كل 10 دورات (أو ربع سنوي للاستخدام النادر). فحص عزم ربط مسامير الغطاء. اختبار الشوط الجزئي للصمامات الآلية.
فحص الصمامات يستغرق 60 ثانية يوميًا و15 دقيقة أسبوعيًا. الفرق بين صمام يعمل وآخر يتعطل - في هذه الفحوصات المنتظمة.
